Our History

1970

İpekyolu Jewellery was established in Gaziantep.

2020

AHS Investments was established, building a diversified portfolio across private and public equity. With a growing asset base exceeding $150 million, the division supports companies that drive meaningful transformation in their sectors.

2021

AHS Properties was launched, marking the company’s entry into luxury real estate. Early projects included villas in Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills, with an emphasis on quality and innovation. The company quickly gained recognition for its high standards and distinctive offerings.

2022

AHS sold three Palm Jumeirah villas for $75 million and unveiled a new luxury villa valued at $45 million. New developments along the Dubai Water Canal and further expansions in Palm Jumeirah were announced, with the company’s GDV surpassing $1.5 billion.

2023

Casa Canal was introduced, featuring innovative designs and sustainable technology alongside interiors by Fendi Casa. The company achieved significant milestones, including the sale of a $50 million penthouse, with its GDV growing to $1.65 billion.

2024

The last villa from AHS Properties “SEARENITY” was sold for $35.5 million. AHS Properties officially launched the Casa Canal interiors by Fendi Casa and announced that 80% of the project was sold during the pre-launch phase. The company’s gross development value reached $2.7 billion.
